Modern Pools

Building on challenging Hill Country properties has been part of Modern Pools' Austin work since 1999. The company designs and constructs custom pools, including gunite and concrete designs, fiberglass options, small inground pools, infinity pools, plunge pools, geometric layouts and freeform shapes. Spas, water features and outdoor living areas can be incorporated into the project. Remodeling services include plaster refinishing, tile and coping changes, variable-speed equipment, new water features and complete redesigns. Backyard work can extend to decking, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire pits and landscape design. Modern Pools uses 3D design and provides a fixed-price contract before construction. It states that the shotcrete shell carries a structural warranty through its engineer. Projects are offered across Westlake, Barton Creek and the Hill Country.
